      The person who contacted couldn't dial my foreign number for the first interview. He wrote that if there was another way to have the interview and I suggested by Skype. He was not unable by this way. He just told me by mail that if I had time that day to try. I had been connected all day and he was no showed life signs. It happens for two weeks, and today I am waiting at least an explanation

      About recrutiers: The first recrutier was really professional - fast and clear communication, constantly being in touch and helped to address all questions. Really nice to work with such recrutiers which occur infrequently. I still do not understand where he went missing, nobody can clarify this, and his name wasnt mentioned even in final official feedback form where you should set scores, but anyway many thanks that You give me such amazing opportunity and try myself in this long process. The second recrutier was a continuous headache. She has a big time zone difference and wrote mails/scheduled an interviews how she wanted to - if you touch a candidate in Asia timezone, what is the sense to assign recrutier from USA ? And after I advice her my timezone she "kindly" let me know to inform a person in advance about timezone and not during the process - really ? which of us is a recruiter, you or me ? Please kindly check and read CV from a candidate before start to schedule anything, timezone and location was defined there. In addition, many delays and mixup in mail communication, not clear the process. At the end she decided not to schedule a calls, just write some kind a come-offs by email. About general understanding and persons approach: I had a lot of specific technical questions but at the end of any interview you have at least some minutes to ask something. I was adviced to redirect my questions to recruiter to get separate meeting regarding answers. As a result I've again received useless answers by mail, which didnt clarify anything. Mr. Manager deigned to appear only at last interview. I believe it is good and important to invite your potential direct manager in the middle of the process, not at the last. Finally: It was clearly defined at meetings with recruiters that final interview should be on-site, but it was taken via VC and my on-site visit was not approved, due to some "deadlines". What deadlines? HR and management have at least 2-3 weeks to visa prepare and I dont agree with deadline reasons which were provided - HR told that Manager didnt approve the visit, Manager told that you should get clarifications from HR. If it is your standart company process, so please follow it, why it was different approach to me as a candidate? Such behavior shows a slight disrespect for me as a candidate and for my personal time which I've spent for hard preparing. You can say anything, that it does not affect the result in any way etc., but I clearly can see disrespect, futility and racial discrimination to my person here. P.S. Again at the end got only short mail with reject from my recruiter, great and professional work :)

      NDA, but some general questions about basic technical understanding, some scenario based questions at the last interview. Many behavior and standart questions regarding relations inside and outside the company.
