Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MetLife en ene 2015
Entrevista
Decently efficient and not too harrowing. The food at the reception wasn't good, but it was at least free. The people are nice and will, for the most part, not grill you. One interview had a lot of math problems--for example, the square root of .02--but all the others were behavioral. There's a free van from the station to the building, which should be used to avoid a long and sad journey.

It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for

Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.

full day of interviews. Started talking with an actuary, then met with younger assoiciates, and someone in the investment department. By the end of the day I was ready to leave and never come back.
