Entrevista
I received a call from a Metlife recruiter on a Wednesday. He started the process with a brief phone interview which lasted less than 30 minutes. He said he'd recommend me to the hiring manager for an interview and to expect a call by the next Monday. I was called Monday morning and scheduled for an interview Wednesday morning. I was told there would be a one-on-one interview followed by a group interview and to expect to be there for about an hour and a half. The one-on-one interview wasn't really an interview but more of the director explaining what the position, the company, and the work environment was all about. The group interview consisted of two separate sessions of two managers asking behavioral questions. Overall, the interview was one of the best I've ever had. All the managers were nice, the director was very welcoming, and the work environment seemed relaxed.

Describe a time where you were given a project with little or no direction.
Had an initial phone screening followed by a video interview with two people asking questions. Interview questions were pretty standard. Both interviewers asked questions about 5 each. Interview was about an hour long.

Ghosted after 1 phone call with external HR rep after a follow-up call was promised. All attempts as follow-up communications have been ignored. I like to follow all interviews up with an email to see what the deciding factors were in why I wasn't chosen.

The interviewers seemed uninterested from the start. It didn’t seem like they wanted to be interviewing. It almost seemed like they already had made a selection but were just trying to meet the quota. I doubt it was how I interviewed as I was offered positions for the same position with the companies I interviewed with right before and after the interview I had with MetLife. The questions were not difficult.
