Was interview by phone by HR.I was asked a question only someone in the collision industry would know regarding Indiana law. Which I easily recognized as a test to see if I had the experience I claimed to have. Quizzed about previous employement. The interviewer even caught a 5 yr lapse in my employment record.
Also asked about driving record and explained I would be required to take a drug test and background check.

Easy and straight forward questions were easy. Had to talk to a few people and we’re not the best at following up timely. Overall pleasant people and seemed generally Intrested

In person with one supervisor. Very pleasant, easy and comfortable interview. Went over my resume and asked about my insurance knowledge. I was then shown the claims office and they type of work they do.
