After filling the application. I received an email stating I will receive a assessment to complete. After completed I receive an email to set up a phone screen. I the phone screening went well.

Received a call from a recruiter who had so much background noise we had to reschedule and even then I could barely understand her. Never sent an email for confirmation of reschedule
