Applied online and then had a 45 minute phone interview. The recruiter was really great and friendly. Lots of situational questions, job overview, salary etc. After that was sent the assessments to take. I was told if you fail any part of the assessments you can not move to the next steps. I'm still awaiting to see if I passed the assessments and will update on the process. If I didn't pass he didn't mention if they would alert you or not. I would imagine so as that would be the most professional thing to do.
