Layers of interviews with the first occurring with a recruiter. Standard questions are asked but you have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. It can take some time to move from one interview to the next. At the end of the interviewing process, I've found that sometimes you hear nothing about the position until you find that it has been offered to another candidate.

The co called and we talked about my resume, current responsibilities and qualifications. They called me in for a 1 on 1 interview about a week later and I met with the HR rep as well as the hiring mgr and a current employee. The interview lasted about 2.5 hours and was pretty straight forward. I was not impressed with the people I met or the responsibilities of the job. We discussed my salary expectations and I was "over qualified".
