Lengthy, but thorough process that took almost three months. Began with phone screen, then 1:1 with hiring manager, behavioral interview & then on-site for the final interview. I received a call from the company’s recruiting manager within a few hours with an offer.

1. If you have a couple of years of experience, HR round would mean only spoken English check and validation of your education/academic record. Can happen both on call/ in-person.
2. One of round of discussion with local hiring manager, would comprise of mostly technical stuff that is directly related to job performance. Can happen both on call/ in-person.
3. If the role requires client interaction (if my case it was) than telephonic discussion with the US client. The discussion would be be mostly non-technical, mainly business discussion.
