Greeted by staff & interviwer at the Metlang office in Glendale, CA. Explained the interview process clearly. Started the interview without any stress. Offered snacks and beverage. Most friendly interview I’ve been to.👍🏻👍🏻

Prior to in-person interview, I had a phone interview, which I was contacted only 3 days after I have applied online. Actual interview/Orientation was set up same day of my phone interview, and it was conducted in a conference room, by chance, I was the only one there that day. It was more of an orientation then an interview. Here's the steps took place; 1. check in with HR 2. complete more security check paperwork in addition to online forms 3. watch an intro of MetLang video with detail description of the job 4. finger printed and typing test 5. actual language ability tests 6. concluded 7. go home and wait for written test results The entire process was from 11am to 4pm. MetLang did provide plenty of water, tea, coffee, and really delicious pastry from Porto's Bakery (Thank you MetLang!) Both HR personnel were very accommodating and allowed for ample of time for breaks and work on my own terms.
