The interview consisted of a form to fill out with questions followed by a form detailing the job and then followed by a phone interview. Both interviews were with the owner who was very direct and open in his communication.

Over the phone and maybe took about 15 minutes. Mainly asked about my availability with days and times, and then briefly discussed relevant experience. Overall the interview was simple and casual
