First interview was a webex interview with the hiring manager. This was very calm and an average interview with typical questions. The HM explained the position in more detail and asked questions about my resume.

Very easy didn’t have to do much. Asked simple questions just needed a hire. I’m not sure how much this has changed. If you need a job and looking for simple process this could be it.
