The Interview was virtual and included 4 rounds. It typically involves several stages and aims to assess the qualifications, skills, and suitability of candidates for the role which is really good. However, they just waste your time by telling you that they have enough budget to offer you. And after the final round, they suddenly do not have enough budget to afford you. All they can offer you is a hike of 7-10%. Thats it. They also talk to you very arrogantly if you try to negotiate on salary. Quite unprofessional which is not expected from an organization like Merkle. They have an excuse for their recent merger with Dentsu and their change in policies.
