1. The first round is a telephone interview, that lasted around half an hour. They ask general questions about yourself and your motivations, as well as simple PPC related questions. 2. The second round was an assessment style interview. There were about 10 other people. We all had to present to the group answering three questions about yourself and one about PPC. 3. The third round is a challenging presentation to some senior members of the company. You have to do your research on PPC and really be passionate to want to work in it. The whole process was very efficiently run and everyone from the company is super friendly and make you feel really comfortable. Although they want you to have done your research, they aren't expecting you to know the details, and if you don't know an answer, they push you in the right direction so you don't feel stupid. Throughout the process, you got a strong sense of what a great company it is.

I applied and received an invitation fairly quickly. The interview was about my previous experience with PPC campaign management and I have the chance to ask questions about the company and the client.
