Interviewed with 4 or 5 people in total culminating a project review of your choosing. The interview process at Merkle has changed over time but nowadays, you will be screened on the phone before coming into the office to make sure you are a general fit. Afterwards you will interview with ~3 people in a 1:1 setting. A presentation is required (oral or powerpoint) to showcase a project you worked on. This would be used to understand the analytical capabilities of a candidate. Overall the interview process itself is only a day and the turn around for a response is within a week.
