The interview process involved a series of separate interviews with 7 different people who headed up various teams (e.g., engineering, sales, client services, etc.). It dragged on for months as the recruiter had to coordinate schedules. There was not much communication in between these interviews either as to what the next steps were. Many companies arrange the interviews as a panel or schedule these types of interviews back to back. I ended up accepting a position from another company that reached out to me after the MeridianLink interview process started. I hadn't heard from MeridianLink and when I tried to reach out for a status the indicated I should be patient with them. So I accepted a position elsewhere.
