I met with my future administrator at the main corporate offices for a sit down interview. She was fairly personable and friendly, definitely a no nonsense person. Be prepared, be on time, be honest.

Moderately Easy. Asked standard questions like 'what experiences have you had with this population'. One phone interview then interview with a work reqruitor and then the house manager and then you will eventually meet with the program manager and the residents of the house. Over the phone they asked maybe ten questions and in person they asked maybe around ten to fifteen.
