Applied online and without a phone screen, I had a face to face interview with 1 person. He asked very general questions and it ended within 30 minutes. The annoying part is that they never got back to me with a decision, even after subsequent e-mails to this same person. After over 2 weeks, I had to call one of the assistants where she told me that they hired someone else. Very unprofessional of Meridian and based off of this lack of courtesy, I cannot recommend this company to any others.
