I applied from their website and was contacted for a phone interview a few days later. The interview was normal nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer said that this position has no room for moving up in the company. It seemed like a mediocre desk job filing papers and answering phone calls. The company itself seems to think it is very important, but I don't think they really do anything. At least that is the vibe I got from the interview. I never heard from them again after the interview. Completely ghosted. I thought the interview went well though. I just find it extremely rude and unprofessional for an organization to completely ghost a candidate. They definitely had a pompous and supercilious vibe.

Relatively easy, went through 3 different interviews that began with a basic phone screening, followed by an initial interview, and ended with a one on one with senior leadership in the department
