First they have a phone interview with you. If you get through that, they set up a face to face interview with manager and department head. They ask you questions back and forth about clinical experience as well as your role in the department.

Entrevista
The interview process at Mercy Health was short and quick. It took about two weeks in total for everything to be finalized and for my orientation to begin. That is all I have to say.
