It was odd, but nice at the same time, that the recruiter interview was in person. It was clear that Mercy was intent on finding the right cultural fit. However, the after additional interviews, I discovered I was not selected for the position by logging in to my account. Never received an email, and I had even heard back from the hiring department in response to my follow up that they were still performing initial interviews. The follow up was after my profile had been updated to indicate I was not selected, but before I chose to check. I would still consider applying for other jobs at the company because the interviews themselves provided me enough to know that culturally, it's primarily an organization filled with great people.
