I was called for interview because of employee's reference. Initial interview was taken by HR executive and than final interview was conducted by General Manager, Marketing and Sales, which went only for 15 minutes. I was asked only basic questions related to job profile of HR, Legal Compliances, Family details, reason to apply for job, and about employee who referred me.
