Did an interview with HR, was referred to Paralegal Supervisor. Was asked questions about my experience as it related to the job, interview went well but received rejection letter. I was later called by HR a week later saying it was a mistake. I was then scheduled for a second interview with upper management. I was asked generic workplace questions that had no relevance on the tasks. After the interview I didnt hear from HR for over a week. I reached out to HR again and received another generic rejection letter. The process was very time consuming and it didn't seem like they cared about responding to candidates. I would not apply again.
