      Four very friendly phone interviews and one in person interview with a panel of three. I was really taken aback that I tried to get a status one week after the in person interview and I was treated like I was a bother. Another two weeks go by and I get a stock decline answer. Really poor form Mercury!

      I received a call asking if I'd like to set up an over-the-phone interview with a recruiter. I went ahead and scheduled an interview. The phone interview with the recruiter was pleasant. Was asked typical behavioral questions and was advised details about the job. Before the end of the call, I was asked if I could meet with two managers for a face-to-face interview. I accepted. I went to their office for the interview. I arrived 30 minutes early. I wasn't seen until 10-15 minutes after the arranged interview time. During the interview, the two managers were acting very friendly and welcoming initially, but from time to time would be laughing between one another on irrelevant topics and acting somewhat unprofessional and "goofy". I wasn't quite sure what to think, however, proceeded to answer their questions. I was a bit over-qualified for the position and was asked at the beginning of the interview if I would be willing to advance to a second level position and if so, how soon. So, I was confident in my abilities to fulfill the initial position they were looking for and interviewing me for. The interview went on and lasted approximately 45 minutes. I was thanked for my time and was never told anything on when they would call back or email regarding interest/no interest on offering the job to me. 4 weeks have past and I have yet to hear anything from the company. I understand the hiring process as I used to interview others myself, however, if candidates are not going to be offered the position for whichever reasons, it is common courtesy and merely respectful as a company to inform them either which way. Candidates take the time to prepare for, do research on, dress for, set aside their time for, and drive to the company in which they are applying to, and one thing that will set apart a professional and respectful company with good morals and work ethics from the rest of the unprofessional companies, is the amount of consideration they hold for their candidates.

      Entrevista

      Phone call, assessment test, interview with HR, and then with the call center manager. Overall long but simple process. Focused on customer service and values, got a call back an hour later.
