Very brief and straightforward. I interviewed with Branch Manager and a supervisor. Questions were typical interview questions and very straightforward. They stressed the ability to multitask and deal with unhappy customers. I was told that someone from HR would contact me within 2 weeks to update me on the status, I was pulling into my driveway when they called and offered me the postion.
Working there was a combination of acquired skills. It was extremely fast paced. If you cant multi-task this job is NOT for you. Expectations are fair and the pay and benefits are definitely worth it. The only con is dealing with pissed off customers.
