Initially there was an AI interview during the application process, then a TPM assessment was sent to me on mail. After that next day I was sent a link for live interview, in which the company's COO Surya Midha himself took an interview, it was quite straightforward. He was testing my practical skills by putting me through various practical situational questions each I had to answer and provide my views on.

Let’s say we’re running a recruiting process with 5,000 applicants. There are two steps: a first round interview and a second round interview. The first round interview (20 minutes long) has a pass rate of 50% and the second round interview (5 minutes long) has a pass rate of 20%.
How many applicants will make it to the end of the process?
Are there any optimizations to this recruiting process you can think of that would help to save time?
AI video interview to start, somewhat awkward. It is difficult to connect and fully explain yourself in this set up. I would much rather speak to a human than a robot.
