HR screening call first, followed by an interview with director in charge, and then they will give a take home case, assessment day with 3-4 consultants on cases as well as fit interviee. Took about 1.5 months

HR Screen- Std questions to assess eligibility. R1- Lasted for over an hour, tested my business acumen and logic R2- On site, pretty exhausting, back-to-back and intense. Tested my excel skills, case calculations, fit Qs and lastly a presentation on case summary and follow up questions
