It was pretty disappointing for a company I was a huge fan of. The interviewer seemed disinterested off the bat and asked many gotcha questions that, instead of testing my skills or inquiring about my background, were designed to what feels like simply humiliate candidates.

First and online 45 min interview. Nothing particular, just about my interest in the position and to answer my questions. Then assessment day with multiple rounds, including technical and personality fit rounds and a louncg group
