A month after applying, I did an intro call with an out of market recruiter who basically asked me to confirm written content on my resume for 10 minutes. She told me she did not have answers to my questions about the job and I would have to wait weeks to hear from someone actually on the team. Another month later, I received an automated rejection email. I am appalled by the candidate experience and would expect much more from a company like Merck.
