Interview process was pretty straightforward. I heard back for an interview about 2 weeks after applying. Interview itself was simple, asked questions about situations and about myself. Didn’t seem like my resume was of any importance

Not a typical interview not questions were asked and instead the position and the company were discussed. The roles I would be preforming what Merck does as a whole and what was done at the particular site.

Had one phone interview with a talent screener then a virtual interview 28 days later (it had to be virtual due to COVID-19 but otherwise it might have been in-person). The interview consisted of 3 1:1 interviews each lasting about 45 minutes. The questions were very behavioral based and were obviously sent from corporate. Overall everyone was easy to talk to and very thorough in their explanations of how the place functions and what is required from an employee in this role. They were very eager to answer any questions I had about the company. They called to offer me the position 6 days later.
