Screened initially by Merck HR, regarding my interest and availability for an interview with the hiring manager. Interviewed with the Hiring Manager on the appointed day and time for the position of 'Service Manager', and also met with two other Managers from separate business areas, that I would be interacting with. Conversations with the 'Hiring Manager' tended to include a review of compatibility, interests, and suitability for the 'Service Manager' position; this was followed by successive interviews with the two distinct business marketing managers. The interviews with the business marketing managers included overviews of their responsibility and business needs related to the IT Service Manager's position.
