This interview process was during the pandemic. I initially applied for the position and heard back from the recruiter within two weeks. After our discussion via phone, a week later I was schedule to do a video call with the hiring manager. That same day I was scheduled for a video panel interview with the hiring team of five. About two weeks later, I then received an email invitation for the final interview phone call with the Executive Director. Three days later the recruiter reached out to me extending an offer. In short, this was one of the fastest pretty straightforward processes I’ve experienced in an interview for a large company throughout my career experience. Overall great experience. There were technical questions, but mainly behavioral questions. They appreciate really thorough and thought out questions, as well as answering questions with the STAR method.
