Standard phone screen by HR. The in-person interview was done by a panel of two. They didn't test my technical abilities too much, I was asked few high level, strategic questions. There were not many follow up questions, so I would guess my answers were sufficient. I got the job offer over the phone on the following day and received the written offer a few days later. Overall, relatively smooth and trouble-free. I would say there were more concerned about my soft skills (i.e. working in a team, communication, etc.).
