This is a commission only position therefore, the hiring and interviewing process is not a difficult one as long as a territory is open close to you. However, each territory is individually owned and operated by persons whom have bought into the franchise so, each territorial interview may differ. Normally, you call to show interest, e-mail your resume and if you have a nice background in sales, you will receive a call back for a personal interview scheduling. The interviewer will ask about your sales and advertising experience. Questions are basic for employment in sales. They will want to know why you fit the position.
