Initially applied online for an credit control administrator Recruiter got in touch and asked if I could go for an interview the next day in the office 45 minute interview with the one of the recruiters and the Credit manager Asked a few competency based questions and 1 scenario questions eg. Name a time where you have dealt with a complex customer, what do you know about merchant rentals etc. Went through my CV and elaborated on my experience. Asked to do a second interview for a different role they thought I would be better for and explained the role to me etc. Got offered the job the same week for a Credit Controller instead Very easy interview process
