Zoom interview with a panel. Not a ton of technical questions, mostly behavioural. Met people from a couple of different offices. Important to know why investment consulting interests you vs some other industries within the financial services sector
Four steps. First a logical test. Then a motivational interview with one young HR. Then a second interview with the head of Human Resources. As last step, an interview with a senior consultant and the head of the investment division. Everything good, they were very kind and polite and they appreciated that I showed real interest in the investment activity.

Applied online. Received the digital interview invitation just after an hour. It's not difficult, ask about your background and why you want to join Mercer. The interview process was quite quick.

Entrevista
I applied online and had one phone screening interview. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview at the local office. During the face to face interview I met with two separate groups, each for about one hour.
