Entrevista
First step is the normal application, replied to some questions over a phone call, did a few psychological and technical exercises on a platform and, if you pass all the steps, you pass on to an interview.

Why did I apply for the position, what were my expectations (job description, salary, etc.), what were my motivations and career goals.

Entrevista
There was a lot of time between applying for the role and hearing from someone on the other end. But once the interviews started it was a fairly quick process. There were three rounds of interviews and a take home task that acted as an aptitude test. First round was video. There were 6 questions - four verbal and two written response. Second & third rounds were face to face interviews with two individuals each time lasting roughly an hour. The tasks were given to me at the end of the second interview.

All three interviews were a combination of technical and personality. The video interview (in my opinion) focused more on the ability to be concise and answer questions clearly. The second and third round while having some technical questions was more about ability to handle work loads and how I interact with individuals in my current position - essentially seeing if I'd fit the team. Every interview asked me about the economy and what my thoughts were.
