Competitive resume selection (must include cover letter with application); two first round 30-minute interviews, one fit and one case; approximately 1/3 of first round interviews make second rounds, which are in office and consist of five 45-minute interviews (2 fit, 2 case, 1 report walkthrough). Note that the case interviews are generally more closely aligned with strategy rather than human capital, or they are a combination.

One of the second round cases is technical / quantitative and can be difficult, though it varies by interviewer. One case consisted of needing to walk through the definition of economic profit and apply it to a business situation. Another had to do with equity vehicles and when one might be used compared to another.

Fairly straight forward interview. 1st round was with the HR recruiter who asked some basic info about me and what I was hoping for in the new job. 2nd round was with the people manager, who talked more in-depth about the area of work. 3rd round was with individuals who were on the team.
Excel analytical test, looking at analytical and Excel formula skills, then multiple unstructured interviews with various members of the leadership team discussing relevant experience, qualifications, fit, expectations, culture, and career progression

Initial 30-min phone screen scheduled just a week after I applied online (without a referral). Interviewer was very friendly and helpful in describing the role and specific needs of the team.
