Agenda looked scarier than it actually was. I met 6 people over 3 hours then went to lunch with a group. Loved that I heard more about the position and the company from people of different levels in the company. Best part is I met the people I would be working with.

I took my interview during the pandemic. I had 4 rounds of interviews virtually. The questions were straightforward and not difficult at all.The process has changed where it is now in-person.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for Mercer.
It is a four step interview process with a range of consultants of different tenure. The process is relatively average with a little slower turnaround time from recruiter. Heavy focus on behavioral questions with some questions on technical competence.

Long process and long wait times. Interview had 2-3 rounds with a test. But the people were great and easy going. Overall positive outlook about the company. The written test was an excel work with a few easy questions
