I received an e-mail for the interview at Mercer in Melbourne, It lasted for around 2 hours, And I got a call 3 days later as I was not selected on inexperience basis. I was upset as the interview said, no prior superannuation experience required.

Spoke with the recruiter, common questions about experience. Met with hiring manager he asked about 10 behavior based questions tell me about a time etc, final interview was with peers who reviewed the job qualifications and talked about day to day life. My feedback for the hiring team would be to follow up with the candidate more often let them know next steps etc a quick email. After I reached out I was told they ended up going with an internal. Which from my interview with the peer group I could tell that was the direction they were leaning towards.
