A recruiter contacted me by phone and asked if we could have a five-minute conversation. He asked about me and my interest in the job, it was short and simple. He then contacted me two days later saying they wanted me to come in for an interview. During the interview, I was asked to do two skill-based exercises. The first one was a proofreading test and the other was to recreate a PowerPoint presentation.
