Mercer came in person to recruit at my Business School. They were fully engaged in the process and brought many of their Associates, Principals, and even Partners to meet with students working on their MBAs. I had a first round interview on campus, then final round at their downtown LA offices. There were behavioral and case interviews. They set clear expectations up front and followed through on them. Fantastic experience overall. I would encourage everyone to learn more about them and target Mercer as a firm.
