The Process is good, it is completed in single day and results are declared immediately.. Overall process is smooth. They ask Technical Questions and Then HR Round is casual, the overall recruitment team makes the person comfortable in the process

2 Technical Interviews- usually a senior engineer along with team lead take this interview and analyse your suitability to the team. Team manager interview- more focus is again on technical competency along with equal weightage to soft skills HOD interview- department head will focus more on the potential of the candidate Cross functional HOD interview HR interview

My profile got shortlisted and I have been asked to attend the interview in March 2020 the first round was technical and after few days I have been asked to attend one more technical interview and the interview went good but after that there was no confirmation from hr whether I was selected or not selected after continuous follow up I have been told I was not selected without no proper feedback later after 1 year I got a call again saying your candidature was on hold and you will be having managerial round I attended interview to be really honest the panel who took the interview doesn't have basic etiquette laughing in between even though I answered politely later after 2 days again after continuous follow up with hr I have told I have not been selected again without any proper feedback.Being one of the top notch company and with such behaviour I would rate my interview experience with the MBRDI is worst.
