Interviewed by Hiring Manager, HR manager and the Department General Manager. General interview question and scenario case given to understand interviewee understanding. Potential questions on automotive and company outlook. Be prepared to know basic knowledge of few products of the company.
There's a screening interview via phone call with HR, then it is processed for an offline interview with 2-3 interviewers (1-2 from business dept. and 1 HRBP). Brief test is expected as part of the interview process.
