There are a few stages and the second one is a shadow interview for the day. You follow an employee through their day to get a feel for the job. Meraki puts out a lot of different job opportunities, but they are all for the same job. It's a direct marketing job where you will stand in a store and try to get people to sign up for whatever company you are representing. I ended up leaving this portion early and felt misinformed on the position.

They've been hitting me up for a few months directly. I recently found this position and while I'd seen some mixed reviews about the company, I figured I'd apply anyway. Not 2 days later, I get a series of strange "We missed you!" emails from a HR person. The last email said that I was picked for a shortlist of people to come and interview in person with the director the next day during a weird interview time window. Even said, "I wanted to take this opportunity to give you a huge congratulations!" This was odd, so I responded: "Sorry I'm not available. Is there no pre-interview process? You guys are automatically calling people in for in-person interviews?" I immediately got this response back: "I'm sorry you don't like the way that we do things but yes we are doing in person interviews. Sorry you can't make it! All the best with your job search!" Very suspect and unprofessional response. I responded: "Okay, very odd response. Please take me off of your email/job leads list. I do not wish to be contacted by you guys further." This is clearly a fly-by-night company, so beware! Don't even waste your time scheduling an interview. There are plenty of reviews about how weird and sketchy the in-person interviews are and the sketchiness of the offices.
