The interviewing process consisted of several rounds of panel interviewing over the course of 4 days, and then one final interview with the hiring manager for final decision. It was very lengthy process, time consuming and at time tideous with some of the same questions being asked within different panels. I would not recommend having so many panels as it becomes redundant in teh process.
