Had 2 interviews - phone and face to face.
Phone to phone was basic networking questions. Face to face was a whiteboard session. You meet two different people and they draw a scenario on the board which your expected to solve. They give you very little info, but you can ask them questions and based on these qns they will give you hints

Phone interview - basic networking qns involving routing and switching concepts as well as wireless concepts: What is stp? What's the difference between rtsp and stp? What makes rstp converge faster? Two computers are connected via a L2 switch - explain the ping concept. Also, explain how the mac table on a switch gets populated
Wireless: What's the difference between 2.4 and 5.0 GHz?
What's difference between 802.11n and 802.11 ac?
face to face interview - had 2 interviews
They ask basic trouble shooting qns but some qns are quite tricky. They will draw a diagram on the baord with very little information. Your supposed to ask them questions and flesh out the answer.
You should know your subnetting, stp, vlans,pings,arp, dhcp, dns

Entrevista cordial y profesional. Preguntas claras sobre experiencia, habilidades técnicas y trabajo en equipo. Buen ambiente, entrevistador atento. Dejaron espacio para dudas. Me sentí cómodo y valorado como candidato. Todo muy bien

Entrevista
3-4 sessions with different tech support staff and managers over a period of 4 weeks. Overall a very kind behaviour towards the candidate, more like a friendly discussion. They almost instantly informed you for every stage's results and comments of the interviwer(s).
started with an online written interview for the first step pretty simple and straight forward not too hard. I have not got to the next steps yet still awaiting further contact
