Recruiter contacted me via email and gave me an extensive take home test with five different parts to translate. It took me around 3 days to review and finish. She said I passed the test and invited me to their building to "interview". It wasn't an interview, they just had me sit in front of a computer and read my mistakes so I can "prepare" for their clients test. The next day I went to another "interview" which was to go to the clients office to take the test. They gave me 3 hours to do bunch of translations with the use of the internet. 3 hours is definitely not enough time to review and perfect all translations. I left the building pretty POd. Got an email the next day saying I didnt pass. The whole process was very unprofessional in my opinion, they made me sign bunch of papers, wasted my time, and didn't pay me for the hours spent translating even though they said they would.
