Assignment interview is taken by highly immature people. Looks like they are way too worried about AI taking over jobs. Lack of experience in taking interview is visible. Trust the other reviews on glassdoor and dont waste your time

Entrevista
First an intake with HR, mostly just screening for the basics. Secondly an interview with two managers talking about the opening, the team, the company, etc. All quite informaral without any tricky questions. Finally there was a take-home case that was reviewed in an interview with two developers. This has the most demanding part of the process.
