I had a group interview with another person. Interviewer asked us both about 5 or 6 situational questions. I got a call in the next couple days to be hired.
Basic and easy interview. Simple questions like why do you want to work for Menchies, describe yourself, how would you describe good customer service, how would you handle a customer if they had a complaint, etc
The interview process is easy and friendly, they usually ask about your schedule, and experience in customer service, as well as scenarios in customer service. They. explain what the day to day work day would look like, including tasks and what the hours look like.
