Very rarely do I leave an interview elated that I will never hear from the company again. I was thrilled to walk away from Menashe Design, knowing I dodged a major bullet. Mr. Menashe is not a serious interviewer and definitely not interested in finding suitable candidates, which told me he would be a terrible boss. Everything, from his post on Craigslist (never again, that should have been my first red flag), to his short, empty email reply, to the filthy and cramped office that no one on the 7th floor even knew existed, to his rude demeanor, told me that this company isn't a fit, for them or me. I waited 15 minutes for an interview that lasted all of 5 minutes, where I learned nothing about the firm but knew it didn't matter.
